Terms and conditions for using OpenClaw on Windows
1. Software Use
OpenClaw on Windows provides tools and setup assistance for running OpenClaw locally on Windows systems.
By purchasing or using this software, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or internal business use.
Mission Control comes in two editions. Mission Control Lite is free. Mission Control Full is unlocked with a license key purchased from Zero Labs (or is included when purchased through the Microsoft Store). A license key is for your own use and is activated on your computer. Mission Control confirms the license when it starts; if it cannot be confirmed for more than 7 days, or the license is refunded or revoked, Mission Control returns to Lite. Your tasks, results, and files are not deleted.
Redistribution, resale, or repackaging of the software without permission is prohibited.
3. Third-Party Services
OpenClaw may require third-party AI providers, APIs, or external services. Availability, pricing, and functionality of those services may change over time.
Users are responsible for managing their own API keys, provider accounts, and usage costs.
Results in Mission Control Lite may include one clearly labeled affiliate link. Zero Labs may earn a commission on purchases made through it. Products and services offered through affiliate links are provided by their own sellers, not Zero Labs. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Tasks run by OpenClaw use information from third-party websites and AI providers. Results can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — check prices, availability, and other important details with the original source before relying on them.
4. No Warranty
This software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to provide a stable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zero Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this software.
6. Updates
OpenClaw on Windows may receive updates, patches, compatibility improvements, or workflow changes over time.
